Studio 653 brand merch:

Studio 653 Clothing Co. will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.

Studio 653 uses a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if your customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with us via email @studio653clothingco@gmail.com

All sale items may be final, please see notes within the product info tabs when ordering a product.

Return information will be posted within the product shipping /return tab on the products on this website. Studio 653 brand merch will follow the above return information. If the return policy is not listed in the product (which means it is different from the policy below) then the return information will follow the below return process.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (return window based on the exact time of delivery) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund. Unless the return information 

If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.

All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, face masks, and beauty products are final sale and non-refundable.

  • Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the return
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item. 
  • Please allow  5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
  • Studio 653 Clothing Co. will email you after return has been processed to confirm what has been done.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
